How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible — especially for weddings and peak-season events. Our calendar fills up fast, and we'd hate for your date to already be gone by the time you reach out. For wedding coffee bar bookings in Tulsa and Owasso, we recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months in advance. Corporate and private events can sometimes be accommodated on shorter notice, but don't count on it. When in doubt, reach out early.
Can you travel outside the Tulsa area?
Absolutely. While we're based in Owasso and primarily serve the greater Tulsa metro, we travel anywhere in Oklahoma and into surrounding states. If you're planning a destination event or a venue outside our standard service area, just mention it in your inquiry and we'll include a travel quote. Great specialty coffee catering shouldn't be limited by geography.
What makes Fulfilled Coffee Lab different from other coffee catering options?
We're a real specialty café first — not a catering company that dabbles in coffee. Our baristas are trained to the same standard as our brick-and-mortar café on South Main Street in Owasso, widely regarded as one of the best coffee shops near Tulsa. Do you require a deposit to hold a date?
Yes — a deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your deposit is received, your date is locked in and you're on the books. We'll handle the rest. Reach out through our inquiry form to check availability and get the process started.

Can you handle large guest counts?
Our 4-hour package serves up to 160 guests, and we can accommodate larger events with extended service hours. If you're planning a high-volume event — a large corporate coffee catering function, a festival, or a big wedding — just let us know in your inquiry and we'll build a package that fits your needs.
Do you serve decaf?
Yes! Decaf drip coffee is available and can be included in your event service. We believe great specialty coffee catering means making sure every single guest feels taken care of — including the ones who skip the caffeine.
What do you need to set up?
Less than you'd think. All we need is level ground, a 5×5 area, two power outlets on a dedicated circuit, and a space accessible by wheels. We've set up on pastures, church parking lots, sidewalks, brewery patios — you name it. If there's power and space, our specialty mobile coffee bar will be there and ready to serve.
How do you price your packages?
We price by the hour, and every package includes everything you need — 2 professional baristas, all equipment, cups, lids, Braum's milk, Minor Figures oat milk, a non-coffee option, and your choice of house-made syrups. What drinks do you offer?
Our espresso-based cart is a coffee shop on wheels. We serve espresso, cortado, flat white, lattes, cappuccinos, drip coffee (decaf too!), hot chocolate, chai, and more. Every syrup is made in-house from scratch — popular picks include our Delightful (local honey, cinnamon, vanilla bean + sea salt) and Maple Cinnamon (maple syrup + cinnamon). We always have seasonal offerings as well.
